SHIPPING POLICY
We ship through the USPS. Real time rates are calculated for you on the website. As all of our items are hand crafted after ordering, the ship time will vary from the ordering date. Our crafting times are provided in each of our listings and we will ship your item promptly after completion. Let us know if you require expedited shipping.
RETURN POLICY
We aim to please! All jewelry is returnable, just pay shipping and we will gladly accept it back if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with any of the custom leather work, we will gladly rework the item to your specifications or refund your purchase up to 75% of the original price. We will do our best to send you pictures of these customized pieces during crafting so that there are no surprises and changes can be made along the way.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept credit card and PayPal here on the website. If you are local or passing through southern Ohio, contact us and we will be glad to meet you somewhere local as well if you prefer.
